Srinivas Swaroop Kolla received his Bachelor's degree (2002) from Nagarjuna University in India and M.S. (2007) and Ph.D. (2018) degrees from The University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA all in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, he also an MBA  degree specializing in International Business. He has more than 20+ of experience across leading multi-disciplinary industry projects with cross-functional teams specializing in Oil & Gas, Medical, and Automotive sectors. Dr. Kolla's research interests are centered upon development, analysis and application of mechanistic models based on experimental techniques and numerical methods in Multiphase Flow & Transportation, Compact Separation Technologies, and Particle Transport. Applications span various industries not limiting to the following: clean water, wastewater management, produced water, filtration equipment, etc. He has multiple patents and has authored/co-authored numerous publications. He is also an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Sections Ambassador while serving as Chair of ASME Mid-Continent Professional Section and Lead Organizer of Multiphase Flow Technical Track in ASME Fluid Engineering Division and a member of FMTC, CFDTC, MFTC technical committees.  He also serves as a reviewer for several conferences and journals. Since 2020, Dr. Kolla is working as a faculty in Oklahoma State University- Tulsa teaching graduate and undergraduate courses and labs in Design, Controls, Fluid Mechanics. He is a recipient of the Oklahoma Center for Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST) and National Science Foundation NSF OK EPSCoR grants.
